You want to look your very best from head to toe. So it is important to invest into a series of beauty treatments in about 6 - 8 month before your big day. These crucial steps pay dividends when walking down the isle looking and feeling like a goddess and full of confidence for days to come.

  • Shop for knowledgeable and experienced esthetician, the one you trust.
  • Start at least 8 month before your wedding day
  • Supplement your diet with Vitamin/Mineral formula, an extra B complex and good Calcium/Magnesium supplement. With stress body looses nutrients fast.
  • Eat well balanced meals, preferably organic, lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of pure water. Go easy on dairy, wheat and commercially raised animal products.
