There is a saying, “Change your mind and you will change your world” - very, very true! Our mind is constantly on the go. What do we think about, does it matter? Our mind is the most wonderful tool we have been given. We have such a salad bar of thoughts. Do we ever wonder why we have the freedom to think anything we want? Would this possibly be useful for anything, or do we just think away without considering the effects of what we think about? This is probably a very new area for most, but in fact it is the most important area of all. Let’s use this example: think about something really good and keep your thoughts on it for a while. Now think of something really bad and observe the same. What did you notice? In the first instance you felt pretty happy, and in the other one, you were just not feeling so great, correct? It is just a shift in you vibration. With experience you can learn to adjust your thoughts at will. |

You can notice, for example, that when you practice good feeling thoughts, you feel good and life goes pretty well for you but the opposite is also true. Your body gets out of balance when you practice negative thoughts, especially years of pent up resentment, anger, envy, jealousy, fear, etc... There are consequences to these and disease usually follows at some point... so it is very advisable to learn and practice “good emotional diet” with more joyful outlook on life with good feeling thoughts and sunshine comes out once again. The more you stay focused and allow good thoughts (such as appreciation and love) to flow, the more good things will come your way and you will feel better. Through the universal “Law of Attraction” people with similar experiences will be attracted to you thus mirroring your progress. |

THE ASTONISHING POWER OF EMOTIONS Your life flows in a natural cycle. You are in fact a source energy that came into these bodies from Source to understand the real “River of Life”. Before your birth, from your perspective of Source, you set forth the thought on coming forth into this physical body. The Law of Attraction responded to that idea and called forth the manifestation of you. The emotions that your feel, in any moment of life, are the indicators of the vibrational relationship between you and You; and they are telling which way your life evolves. We all want to be happy, in good health, have plenty of money, fame or whatever it is you desire in life. So for example: If you desire good health, you need to stop complaining about your aches and pains and think thoughts of how you can help your body to feel better, appreciate the health you have and concentrate on things which go well in your life. From wherever you are, you can start reaching for some feeling-better thoughts. You can make them better or even better still and you will notice bit by bit improvements in your life. The opposite is also true – you can spiral right down, too. The more negative you are, the deeper you go. Life is supposed to be good for you, life is supposed to feel good. When you choose feeling-good thoughts, you feel good. The Law of Attraction will bring to you that what you are – vibrationally every time and that is the universal law. |
